When will I get my reward?
Once the person you’ve referred is installed, and their Direct Debit is set up, you’ll both receive your rewards.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer, and do I need a new link every time?
Once signed up, you’ll receive one unique referral link to share with anyone you refer. There’s no limit on how many people you can refer, so share your link with as many friends, family and neighbours as you like!

What happens to referrals I’ve already made?
Nothing changes. Any valid referrals made under the previous scheme will still be paid as normal.
